Orders can be edited or canceled up to 60 minutes after placement, or 15 minutes if you selected "Customer Pickup" or "Will Call". Once this time has passed, you cannot edit your order.
Additionally, for any orders containing our Rush or Emergency After Hours service, you will not have an option to edit your order.
You can still cancel your order by reaching out to us at support@ironwear.com after the editing window closes, and before it ships; however, a cancellation fee of 2% of the order total (with a minimum charge of $25) will be applied.
